A Big Pond

Phew, we sure covered a lot of ground here. Inman makes a nice play in his last to bring things together.

OK, a quick overview and a few details. First off, in my book, this is one of the best-looking matches we've had. From the pixel perfection of 2, to the type in 5, the pattern in 9 and illustration in 10. Also a damn find sounding match too. Especially Hansen's tracks on 1 and 8 and all the stuff Inman did on the fly using his Nintendo DS with the Korg DS-10 gamepak.

It's hard to say that the story or vibe held together but maybe that doesn't matter much today. Technically, Inman received a "yellow card" for time on 10 but all that means is you ought to know about it in your voting. So get to that.

You can vote as often as you like but we only count your first one. Looks like the voting will be tight in both matches and we'll announce the winners Monday.

Winners will be decided by your votes and will advance to the Finals on July 10th. To vote for a player simply post a Twitter message that includes #LYT and your favorite's name with the "hash" sign in front of it. Use These Today: #LYT plus #mrinman or #mrhansen. You can still vote in the early match too, use #mrhubacek or #mrdraplin for that.

Play by play commentary for this match is provided, as it happens, by Jim Coudal.
