Oh man. Has everyone else just been completely douched and lacquered by the silence?
There is clearly a buzz about this match because the work is so freaking good, but also because it's so different than much of what has come before. I know Coudal has engineered matchups and concepts in the past to reimagine the LYT landscape on occasion, but Scott and Jason are doing it all on their own, through motion and sound and narrative. It's exciting.
I love the baby. The very idea that you might be able protect yourself from germs with a mask goes right out the door as soon as you have kids. They are walking smog monsters. I could give my youngest a bag of peanuts and air lift him into North Korea and he'd have the entire country paralyzed with snot in a week.
Play by play commentary for this match is provided, as it happens, by Kevin Guilfoile.
