Since today's match so far is all about motion, let's try analyzing this volley according to the rules of Ghostbusters.
You should never cross the streams. Now, if we're talking about ghost-zappers, then crossing the streams results in every molecule in your body exploding at the speed of light. In Layer Tennis, though, remixing seems to be the name of the game, at least today. But at what cost? Are these designers, particularly Greg in this frame, riffing rather than originating? Sampling from those who came before them instead of drawing up something new? Is it a case of bloggers vs. creators, or is the resulting mix a greater sum for its parts? I think it's too soon to tell.
You should never shut down a perfectly well-running containment system. Which is another way of saying: if it works, don't fix it. I appreciate that Greg brought back his logo, now twitching, but whence our Swedish singers, our man of track of field? Is it me, or didn't he just shut down what Chris was throwing his way?
You should be suspicious of symmetrical book-stacking. And of designers bearing diamonds. I loved Greg's opening, but I'm less a fan here.
You should consider collecting spores, molds, and fungus if you want to pick up chicks. This has nothing to do with Layer Tennis, it's just priceless advice that I thought worth sharing. Time for another Coke.
