I think we're coming up on a climax here, by which I mean that Nurse Tracey has just accepted a ride from Dr. Shan Malone back to his town house in White Maiden Springs, a misnamed town if there ever was one. Meanwhile, up on the moon, all heck is breaking loose. I promised squids in the match preview and Phineas has finally delivered as the eye-gouging reaches Sophoclean levels.
Our samurai warrior has undergone yet another transformation from brick man to faceless, centaurean hell-beast. The skull sitting on the tongue of the demon with a birdhouse for a head is something like you would see in a in a public service announcement about prescription drug addiction airing in the break between The Learning Channel's Trading Spaces and American Chopper, especially if that PSA was directed specifically at you.
Also, I just noticed it now, but our samurai has been quietly leaking something from his left pantleg. Gunpowder? Oil? His soul? Too early to say. It's a bold layer, that's for sure, bold enough to make our mother-mound blush. Of course she's the last character in the whole drama who can actually see anymore.
Except for you. Go feast your unplucked eyes on the making of layer 7 video.
Play by play commentary for this match is provided, as it happens, by Kevin Guilfoile.
