Justin Cone's Layer 3 Commentary

Rain of Terror

Oh no. Oh goodness, no. Something has gone terribly wrong. Apparently, while trying to outrun the Libyans in their time-traveling Delorean, Marty and Doc accidentally zoomed back to the age of the Old Testament, when terrible things happened to seemingly decent people.

Things like lightning attacks from pyramids (and I thought we were friends). Things like torrents of blood from an angry sky.

Wait, are those smoky particles emitting from the Delorean's tailpipe? Awesome. But that spells further trouble for Marty and Doc. If they're lucky, it's just a matter of simple oil change. But it could be something worse...

The speed at which DK and Werk are doing all this, incidentally, is amazing. We're not talking about simply passing a Photoshop file back and forth; this is motion graphics, people. They're putting Adobe's workflow promises to the test. (Extra points for using the whole Creative Suite.)

Play by play commentary for this match is provided, as it happens, by Justin Cone.
