Previously on Layer Tennis:
Cindy Li, a talented designer from San Francisco has been recruited as a field agent by the CIA, where she goes by the alias Sydney. Cindy/Sydney does not know that her best friend Francie has been murdered and replaced by an enemy agent named Veerle. Why a super observant spy like Cindy doesn't notice that her best friend has been replaced by some sort of replicant assassin is never explained and you should really not waste too much time thinking about it. Seriously get over it. Francie is dead. Veerle looks just like her, right down to her miniature size, footie pajamas, and an amazing ability to Skin the Cat simultaneously with 14 yo-yos.
Cindy has her own identity problems. Regular Cindy is a championship caliber Lindy dancer, which is why her friends call her Lindy Cindy, or they should. Sydney, on the other hand is in the middle of a dangerous mission to Rawalpindi. Lindy Cindy wears a flower over her right ear. Rawalpindi Sydney wears the flower over her left ear.
So to keep track it's L for Lindy and L for, um, right.
Actually, the sexy, two-fisted gunwielding might be the better way to tell.
Stay tuned for scenes from the next episode...
