Play-By-Play Commentary

Medieval Times

There are no vectors in Ren Faire, Armin.

Seems he is determined to drag the game away into a conceptual disconnect, keeps wiping things clean and pulling images out of stock catalogues, but I do not get any of this. I'm not even going to pretend that I get this, except to guess that he's trying to take a jab at her beautifully rendered letter forms, the staple of her design portfolio. Is this all an elaborate metaphor? Is this his microwave dinner to her homemade lasagna?

I do, however, love the sense of irony in the intricate and somewhat overwhelming detail of the letter blocks. Less is more if you use more.

Play by play commentary for this match is provided, as it happens, by Heather Armstrong.
